Do you offer gluten free baked goods?

We’re a home bakery (not a gluten-free facility) and we regularly bake with wheat flour. That means cross-contact is possible. We do offer goods using gluten-free recipes and we take extra steps to reduce the risk of cross-contamination as much as possible.

What precautions do you take when preparing gluten free items?

We’re a home bakery (not a gluten-free facility) and we regularly bake with wheat flour. That means cross-contact is possible. When we make gluten-free recipes, we take extra steps to reduce risk:

  • Schedule & clean: We bake GF items first after a thorough clean—wiping/ sanitizing work surfaces and washing equipment.
  • Separate tools: Use separate or color-coded bowls, spatulas, measuring tools, scoops, and pans reserved for GF when possible.
  • Fresh liners: Always use new parchment/liners and clean silicone mats; avoid shared flour-dust areas.
  • Ingredient handling: Store GF flours and mix-ins sealed with dedicated scoops; check labels for gluten sources.
  • Hygiene: Handwash and change gloves/aprons before GF prep; keep GF items covered and away from wheat prep.
  • Packaging: Box and label GF items separately.

Important: Because our kitchen also processes wheat, we cannot guarantee 0% gluten. If you have celiac disease or a severe wheat allergy, our products may not be suitable. We’re happy to discuss ingredients and answer any further questions you may have.

Do you offer nut-free/dairy-free items?

Do you offer nut-free/gluten-free/dairy-free?
